AdTec, Administrative and Technical Consulting, Inc., founded in 1994 by Bob Carnal as an Indiana-based consulting firm, is engaged in the business of Universal Service Fund E-Rate Consulting and Capital Assets Inventory. Our consultants operate across the mid-west region, serving over 700 E-Rate clients and over 90 Capital Assets Inventory clients. Most of the 19 employees of AdTec have school and library backgrounds, some with more than twenty-five years of experience. Our experienced and dedicated E-Rate consultants specialize in providing compliance and forms processing services to ensure each school and library receives the full benefit of their E-Rate dollars.
